The Platform is operated by RCA Realty Group - Property Management Division, a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Florida and the State of Georgia.
Use of this Platform does not create a broker-client, agency, fiduciary, or representation relationship unless a separate written agreement is entered into.
2. Informational Use Only
All rent estimates, market insights, and property reports provided through Rent Check Pro are:
Based on available market data at the time of generation
Intended as general guidance only
Not guarantees of rental income, tenant placement, or lease outcomes
Actual rental value may vary based on property condition, location, demand, timing, legal restrictions, and other factors.
3. Brokerage Services & Geographic Scope
RCA Realty Group is licensed to provide real estate brokerage services only in Florida and Georgia.
If you are located outside Florida or Georgia and request real estate services beyond rental estimates or property reports (including tenant placement, property management, or brokerage representation), your information may be referred to a licensed real estate professional in your local area.
4. Referrals & Compensation Disclosure
By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your inquiry may be shared with a licensed real estate professional or brokerage in your area
RCA Realty Group or its affiliates may receive compensation, referral fees, or other benefits in connection with such referrals
Referral compensation does not increase the cost of services to you unless otherwise disclosed by the receiving provider
No referral creates an obligation for you to work with any specific professional.
5. No Guarantee of Services or Outcomes
Rent Check Pro does not guarantee:
Rental approval
Tenant placement
Lease execution
Pricing accuracy in all market conditions
Final decisions regarding pricing, tenant selection, and leasing remain solely with the property owner.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
Not rely solely on automated data for final financial or legal decisions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rent Check Pro and RCA Realty Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or reliance on its data.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
